Piedmont Transporter Owners (PTO) is a split-window bus enthusiast club serving the Piedmont region of the southeastern United States, including the Carolinas, Georgia, and Virginia. PTO began as a local chapter of the Northeast Association of Transporter Owners (NEATO), a national club that promoted the preservation, restoration, and celebration of pre-1968 Volkswagen buses from 1986-2013.
